The Valcourt and Area Industrial Promotion Committee (CPIVR), in partnership with Techlift and HELI Canada, is proud to announce the first-ever forklift competition in Quebec. This unique event will showcase the expertise and dexterity of our local forklift operators. The competition will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Valcourt Arena, serving as a premier showcase for industrial material handling skills.

This regional competition will bring together approximately 20 operators from the Eatern township region. In a friendly yet competitive atmosphere, they will face off in five timed events highlighting precision, speed, and safety. Two operators will compete simultaneously on technical courses supervised by judges, using late-model HELI forklifts that meet the highest safety standards. A total prize pool of $5,000 will be awarded to the top three operators. Each participant must meet specific health and safety criteria to be eligible for the competition.

$5,000 in prizes to reward excellence

A total of $5,000 in prizes will be awarded to the top three operators :

• 1st place : $2,500
• 2nd place : $1,500
• 3rd place : $1,000
