At Techlift International (“Techlift” or “we”), we place utmost importance on protecting the personal information we collect in the course of our activities. This policy aims to transparently inform you about how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your personal information, in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Most of the personal information we collect is provided directly by you, including when you:
- Apply for a job or submit your résumé

The personal information collected is used solely in the context of Techlift’s legitimate activities, including:

Personal information is accessible to Techlift employees on a need-to-know basis—that is, only if necessary for the performance of their duties. The principle of least privilege is applied to limit access to sensitive data.

Techlift implements physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information, including:

- Physical security for locations housing sensitive records
- Employee awareness training on information protection
