Your Role
Under the supervision of the Parts Department Manager, the Receiving and Shipping Clerk will be integrated into HELI Canada’s team of forklift specialists.
Responsibilities
Receive and verify that incoming parts match the orders and place them in their designated locations
- Prepare packages for shipment
- Check and correct parts descriptions in the computer system to ensure consistency
- Take photos of new parts and upload/index them on the website
- Continuously maintain the parts inventory
- Promptly process returns for non-conforming, missing, or damaged parts
- Keep the department clean and organized
- Perform any other tasks that support and optimize the company’s operational needs
Required Skills
- Good physical condition
- Comfortable operating a forklift (experience required, but training certification will be provided by the employer)
- Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
Nice to Have
- Experience in parts research and/or mechanics
- English language skills

Hourly wage between $22.00 and $24.50, depending on experience
